    I noticed a lessening of pain the first time I wore one of these knee straps when working out on the treadmill. After wearing one on my bad knee, surgery decades ago, for about 10 days, I am experiencing a substantial drop in pain in normal day-to-day activities when I'm not wearing the strap as well. I'm very pleased with these for the job they go, the comfortable fit and the ease of putting them on/adjusting them
