1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or worn.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Used or worn products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products returned without original packaging
- Certain promotional items may have different return conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase
3. How to Start a Return

- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as they may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:
- The item was received damaged, or
- The incorrect item was delivered
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or as soon as possible).
Include clear photos of:

- The packaging
After review, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
